Week of 2/27

Algebra 1:  Students will begin finding solutions to systems of equations by three different methods.  Lessons 6-1 through 6-3 will be completed for homework.

AP stats:  Students will complete lessons 8-4 and 8-5 for homework this week and prepare for chapter 8 test.

Stats:  Students will finish chapter six and take their test at the end of the week.

Consumer Economics:  Students will begin a unit on credit cards and other banking payment options.

Week of 2/20

Algebra 1:  Students will cover lessons 6-1 and 6-2.

AP Stats:  Students will cover lessons 8-2 and 8-3 for homework.  They will also be assigned an open ended question.

Stats:  Students will do lesson 6-3 for homework before preparing for chapter 6 test.

Consumer Economics:  Students will finish their checking account unit and worksheets for Friday.

week of 2/13

Algebra 1:  Test on Wednesday for chapter 5.  Students should complete page 320 for homework and be up to date on study island.  (Lesson 9)

Consumer Ec:  Checking account and register packet will be due Friday.

Stats:  Chapter 5 test will be taken on Tuesday and we will move into the normal distribution for the remainder of the week.

AP Stats:  Students will complete lessons 8-1 and 8-2 for homework.

Week of February 6th

Consumer Economics:  Students will continue with banking on everfi.  They will also complete the handouts and assessment before moving on to checking accounts.

AP stats:  Students will review for chapter 7 test on Tuesday.  Then they will move into hypothesis testing and complete lessons 1 and possibly 2 in chapter 8 for friday.

Stats:  Students will continue to use the binomial theorem and review for the test on Wednesday.  Then they will move into chapter 6, the normal distribution on Thursday where they will take notes for the remainder of the week.

Algebra 1:  Study island lesson 9 today.  Students should log onto their computers and complete this for Friday.  After that, students will complete lessons 5-5 and 5-6 in their book.
